QETC Student Portal

The QETC Student Portal is the online service of QETC Education & Training Consultancy. It helps students choose a programme at a Malaysian university, see its fees, apply, and follow their offer letter, student visa and arrival in Malaysia — all in one place.

What the QETC Student Portal does

• Find a programme: thousands of programmes at our partner universities in Malaysia, with entry requirements, intakes and scholarships.
• See the fees: with a free account you see every year’s full fees in your own currency.
• Apply online: upload your documents (passport, certificates) and a QETC adviser submits your application to the university for you.
• Follow your application: offer letter, student visa (live from EMGS), accommodation, airport pickup and support after you arrive.
• Talk to your adviser: messages inside the portal, free consultations, and registration for Study in Malaysia fairs.

Why we ask for your Google account data

You can create your QETC Student Portal account and sign in with “Sign in with Google”. The portal then asks Google for your name and email address only. We use them to create your account, sign you in and send you updates about your application. We do not ask for access to your Gmail, Google Drive or contacts, and we do not use Google data for advertising. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
